Return are applicable within 3 days of product delivery. No return request can be placed after 3 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as books, magazines or other content related product cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods. No returns are allowed on beauty products.

Once your return is received back at our hub and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed be processed directly to your Elanic Wallet. In case of rejection of return no refunds will be processed. In case you wish to receive the product again. 2-way shipping charges of Rs. 100 would be applicable. The amount added to your wallet can be used to buy again from the app or can be cashed out to your bank account.
You can cash out the amount refunded to your wallet by placing a request for the same from the app. You need to enter your account details in which you want us to transfer the amount. It typically takes 3-5 days to reflect in your bank account. Please note in case cash out amount is less than Rs 300 you can request cash out by mailing us your account details over email. If you haven’t received a cash out yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org]
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on pickup city of return package, the time it may take for product to reach our hub may vary.
